Want to Expect from your Telehealth Session
Your First visit
When you schedule your initial appointment, you will be added into our safe and secure medical record system. Before your appointment you will receive a welcome email that will contain a link to our patient portal. You will be able to log in there and complete all of your intake documents, as well as upload a copy of your drivers license and insurance card. After this is complete, you will receive another email that will contain the date and time of your virtual appointment as well as the link to the appointment.

At Total Mental Wellness, we use a platform called Simple Practice. This program can be accessed via the web on a desktop computer, or on a mobile device. To use a mobile device, you will need to download the Simple Practice App from the apple store or Google Play. The app is free and easy to use.

Social Rhythm Therapy is a particular kind of psychotherapy offered to help individuals with bipolar disorder. It focuses on helping individuals detect and keep up with the daily routines of regular life incorporating sleep patterns and fixing interpersonal issues that may appear and affect the routines of a person directly.
Eclectic therapy utilizes various evidence-based therapeutic methods to curate the best treatment plan based on a patient’s specific needs. Eclectic therapy may involve testing various techniques to find which aspects of different treatments are best suited for the patient.
